1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. There is a notification within the product page that informs whether the particular item is currently in stock. If the product is ‘Out of Stock’ by the time you place your order, we will notify you.
2. Delivery Location
Products offered on our website are available only for addresses within Australia. Any shipments outside of Australia are not available via our website at this time, however we do export some products out of Australia – please email email@example.com
3. PO Boxes
As we’re unable to ship to PO Boxes, make sure you select a residential or business address for delivery.
4. Delivery Time
All orders placed before 12-midday are shipped on the same business day. All orders placed after 12-midday are shipped on the following business day. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once you place your order.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are only used as a guide and are usually subjected to acceptance and approval of your order.
Date and time of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, location, method of delivery and the products ordered. However, the general shipping time from when the order is despatched to when it has been delivered, is approximately 2-4 days. Airfreight satchels usually take about 1-2days, while Road Express cartons are 1-4days.
Please note that we do not ship during weekends.
5. Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method of your choice. There is a shipping calculator that appears on the lower left side of the ‘Cart’ page that allows you to calculate how much the cost of shipping will be. Nevertheless, if you want to know how much the shipping charges will be, please place your order and proceed to checkout page. Once you are in the checkout screen, the total shipping charge will be displayed.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your purchase is on its way to you, we'll send you an email with a link on the invoice so you can track its progress.
7. Damaged Items in Transport
