Thermaguard's Cable Tie Gun is a quality tool, used to quickly and easily secure our Stainless Steel Marine Grade Cable Ties over Fire sleeve-covered cables.

Aside from our marine-grade cable ties, it can also be used on miniature, intermediate, standard and other heavy-duty cable ties. Its adjustable tension screw feature allows for 4 levels of tension, which prevents damage and over reduction of firesleeve, cable wires and hoses.

Our Cable Tie Gun also features an automatic cutter, which neatly and smoothly cuts the tail of the cable tie. It is made from high quality materials to ensure high durability and optimum performance. It is also ergonomically designed for easy and comfortable grip and use.

Directions:

First, wrap the cable tie at the end of the fire sleeve and pull tight with your hand. Then attach the gun at the cable tie tail. When you squeeze the handle of the cable tie gun, it will apply tension to the ‘tail’ of the zip tie, and once you reached an acceptable tension level, it allows you to smoothly cut the remaining tail off close to the head of the tie. This results in a smooth finish so you can easily seal it off with our End Seal Tape if required.
